Email privacy

When you join our email list, we collect your email address, signup time, consent, subscription status, and welcome offer code. We use this information to send your first-visit offer and future jewelry news, offers, and event updates.

Our website stores signup records securely, and Resend processes email delivery. We do not sell your email address. Subscription records remain private to the studio owner.

We remember successful signup in your browser so the welcome popup stays hidden. If you dismiss it, we hide it for 30 days. This preference is specific to that browser and may reset if you clear website data or use another device.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future marketing; we keep a minimal suppression record to honor your choice and prevent duplicate welcome offers. Technical submission data is used to limit spam.
